It is a property that brings forth a [tranquil energy](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/echo-park-hillhouse) and the entire space is elevated by a freindship-centric concept. Baisel shares, “We have known each other for quite some time, since design school, where Marina Braginskaya was giving lectures while I was finishing my studies. When I moved to Dubai, I asked for her help as she already had her own company.” The two share a mission and mutual understanding of one another's studio to form a space that meets the needs of a family of five's needs full of technical rooms and storage.
