This summer home has an open concept and a sustainable design, keeping artificial light to a minimum. Other features of the house include "pavilion-like" living, a modern and spacious master bedroom and a [gorgeous courtyard](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-waverley-house). Take a look through the gallery to find more pictures of this wonderful home and its lovely designs. **Implications** - Equally as beautiful as the house itself is its wonderful surroundings.
