The Marcio Kogan Paraty House is a unique design that incorporates the beauty of its surroundings and the need for a bangin' house in which to throw a great party. The simple premise for the Marcio Kogan Paraty House is the idea of [two drawers pushed into the hills](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/concrete-house-1) with a single internal landscape connecting them. Using [local woods and vegetation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-guaec-project) to round it out, it creates a visually stunning exterior. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.1/10 - Popularity: 53% | Activity: 61% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Sustainable Party Mansions:** There is an increasing demand for party mansions that are eco-friendly and use local materials and vegetation in their design. - **Party-focused Architecture:** The trend of homes designed specifically for hosting events and entertaining guests is on the rise, creating opportunities for architectural firms to specialize in this niche market. - **Outdoor-indoor Living Spaces:** There is a growing interest in homes that seamlessly blend outdoor and indoor living spaces, allowing for an immersive experience with nature while enjoying the comforts of home. ### Who This Affects Most - **Luxury Real Estate:** Architectural firms specializing in creating unique and party-focused homes, such as Hillside Party Mansions, could benefit from the growing demand for luxury real estate catering to specific needs. - **Sustainable Construction:** Companies specializing in sustainable and eco-friendly construction materials and techniques have the opportunity to incorporate their products into the design of party mansions and other luxury homes. - **Event Planning and Management:** With the rise of party-focused architecture, event planning and management companies have the opportunity to offer specialized services for parties and events hosted in these unique homes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Tranquil Brazilian Beach Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studio-mk27-2.md) - [Wooden Screen Stacked Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-vjc-iporanga.md) - [Discreet Modern Brazil Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jf-residence.md) - [Sleek Contemporary Brazilian Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/laguna-house.md) - [Harmonious Modern Beach Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-d31.md) - [Terraced Garden-Surrounded Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lechuza-house.md) - [Charming Angular Contemporary Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/trapezium-house.md) - [Curved Garden-Surrounding Linear Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-dos-terraos-circulares.md) - [External Walkway Pavilion-Style Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mango-lane-house.md)
