When I first heard the term ‘Manga Farming,’ I’ll admit that I pictured someone planting their mangas in the soil. A more reasonable person might think that it is a manga-like guide on how to farm; however, we’d both be wrong.

‘Manga Farming’ is a concept devised by artist Koshi Kawachi, who was able to successfully [grow radish sprouts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hydroponics-garden) within the pages of old mangas! So, those mangas that have collecting dust in your home can be recycled for [vegetable farming](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/farming-photographs)!

Did you ever think that your Japanese graphic novel was not only capable of entertaining, but feeding you as well?
