# Macho Grocery Sacs Man Tote Tool Bag is For the Handy Man on the Go By Christopher DeLuca | Published 2011-06-08 | Unique Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/man-tote-tool-bag References: [etsy](http://www.etsy.com/listing/74659987/man-tote-tool-tote-diamond-plate-and?ref=sc_1) & [modaindustria](http://www.modaindustria.com) The Man Tote Tool Bag takes a traditional tote bag and makes it sturdy enough to support all the tools for your next project. The tote bag is covered in aluminum plates and reinforced with copper rivets. The bag is currently available through the Etsy store for $145; if you are interested in this distinctive piece, you should act without haste as there is only one available. What I really like about the Man Tote Tool Bag is how it brings to mind classic TV shows like Home Improvement. The tote bag would be an excellent addition to any handy man or woman's tool collection. The Man Tote Tool Bag brings together two concepts that are antithetical and combines them to create a unique creation. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 11% | Activity: 24% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Unique](https://www.trendhunter.com/unique) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Tool Tote Reinforcement:** Using industrial materials to reinforce traditional tote bags for heavy duty use. - **Manly Accessories:** Creating accessories with traditionally masculine materials and aesthetics for tool enthusiasts. - **Functional Fashion:** Designing fashionable pieces that serve a practical purpose beyond aesthetics. ### Who This Affects Most - **Hardware Tools:** Opportunity to partner with designers to create complementary tool bags and accessories. - **Fashion Accessories:** Opportunity to target the growing market of functional and stylish accessories for men. - **Home Improvement Retail:** Opportunity to carry unique and specialty tool bags for handy individuals. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Cartoon-Inspired Iconic Totes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/canvas-tote-bag.md) - [Book-Shaped Toolkits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-hot-girl-toolkit.md) - [Convertible Utility Totes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/subu-x-hpotr.md) - [Design-Conscious Tool Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hoto-tools-hand-tool-set.md) - [Oversized Denim Tote Bags](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/denim-tote-bag.md) - [Tough Tactile Tool Packs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tufformation-tool-pouch.md) - [Modern Ergonomic Toolboxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-toolbox-workstation.md) - [Dutch Oven-Themed Tote Bags](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/le-creuset-4.md) - [Grocery Bag Runway Accessory](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/march-packable-tote-bag.md)
