Each [suspended structure](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/haibu) uses thin wires for the frame, which are similar to that of the arachnid that so many people have nightmares about. The lamps come in an array of colors, including yellow, blue, white and a darker brown hue, making them versatile for a number of differently styled interiors. Customers also have options on the size of the lamps, with some coming with a shorter section at the top, and others with a longer neck. For spaces that do not have high ceilings, the slightly shorter option would be best so as not to clutter the area. The Spider collection by Mambo Unlimited Ideas is a great twist on [conventional lamp designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/minimalist-lighting-design). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.2/10 - Popularity: 13% | Activity: 16% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Web-like Lamps:** Expanding on the Spider Collection, incorporating intricate web-like designs in various lighting fixtures can disrupt the traditional lamp industry. - **Customizable Lighting:** Introducing customizable options like color and size in lighting fixtures opens up new opportunities for disruptive innovation in the lighting industry. - **Versatile Interior Design:** Adaptable lamps, such as the Spider Collection, that offer a variety of colors and styles, create disruption in the interior design industry by providing versatile lighting options. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Lighting:** The Spider Collection by Mambo Unlimited Ideas presents an opportunity for disruptive innovation in the lighting industry through the creation of unique and unconventional lamp designs. - **Home Decor:** Incorporating web-like lamps, such as those in the Spider Collection, can disrupt the home decor industry by adding a visually striking and contemporary element to interior design. - **Furniture:** The Spider Collection's suspended web-like lamps can create a disruptive innovation opportunity in the furniture industry by offering a unique lighting solution that seamlessly blends with various furniture styles. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Organically Fluid Lighting Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pop-collection.md) - [Eclipse-Inspired Whimsical Pendant Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/space-traveler.md) - [Metal Thread Pendant Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nest-lamp.md) - [Organic Cloud-Like Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/khmara.md) - [Stealthy Pendant Lamp Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/warp-lamp.md) - [Soft Rope Lampshades](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-hat-collection.md) - [Umbrella-Inspired Whimsical Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wasaga-lamp.md) - [Mushroom-Inspired Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/humble-lights.md) - [Organically Shaped Shadow Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loops-lamp.md)
