The clean lines are made with contemporary homes in mind while the function speaks to an older tradition. Created for Punt, the Mai Tai by Odosdesign is made up of two trays that easily and conveniently lift off for use beyond the wooden frame. As described by the manufacturer, it is "a mobile carrying system synthesized to the maximum." The trolley is available in various colors including white and turquoise. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.9/10 - Popularity: 64% | Activity: 45% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Modern Bar Carts:** Designing minimalist bar carts with modern functionality. - **Mobile Carrying System:** Synthesizing trolleys to be convenient and multi-functional. - **Contemporary Home Decor:** Modernizing traditional European home items for contemporary homes. ### Who This Affects Most - **Furniture and Home Decor:** Innovative designs for modern and functional home decor pieces. - **Hospitality:** Providing multi-functional and minimalist bar carts for hotels and restaurants. - **Retail:** Offering modern bar carts and trolleys as home decor items in retail stores. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Luxurious Bar Carts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luxurious-bar-cart.md) - [Circular Rolling Bar Carts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rolly-bar-cart.md) - [Solid Wood Bar Carts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solid-wood-bar-cart.md) - [Simplistic Elegant Metal Trolleys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/alima.md) - [Contemporary Home Party Trolley](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-diner.md) - [Artful Colorful Bar Carts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jolly-trolley-1.md) - [Artful Hosting Pieces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modern-entertaining.md) - [Stylish Shopping Trolleys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/roulette-carts.md) - [Home Mixology Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/complete-bar-set.md)
