The Langham Hotel's sundae has been dubbed 'The Victoria,' and takes inspiration from [Queen Victoria](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/candy-cane-chill) herself, who ruled at the time of the hotel's opening in 1865. What makes the dessert to pricey is that is is made from scoops of Tahitian, Madagascar-Bourbon and Mexican vanilla and Guittard Complexite chocolate ice cream, topped with Hennessey VSOP cognac, a handmade chocolate crown and [24-karat gold dust](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/24k-chocolate-fondue).
