The pillows system calculates the suitable strength support system required to give you the best comfort. The Lumbar S is equipped with a [smart follow system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/posture-monitoring-wearable) that allows consistent back and waist support. The soft cushioning inside the pad will automatically adjust to different sitting postures to provide the best support. There is also a built-in system that responds to the lumbar curve in the lower back. The system will decide your body type and adapt its support strength to provide the best back relaxation. The Lumbar S pillow will automatically open up to provide soft cushioning when seated. Once you stand up, the smart device goes into standby mode until you return. Additionally, the device automatically recognizes when an individual is sitting for one hour and begins to [massage the waist](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rheofit-a1) for two minutes.
