There might be a slew of great ideas floating around such designs, yet when it comes to the world of gaming, they are essentially a shoe-in. The Ludi Table is envisioned as a [gaming surface](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-transformer-table) that will allow people to toggle from [foosball](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/afternoon-light) to air hockey and even [snooker](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vintage-billiards-table). Designed by Antoine Moreau, the Ludi Table is also incredibly stylish with its concrete base, neon cord and sleek black surface. Yanko Design writes, " Its massive screen provides you with a catalog of tabletop arcade gaming experiences, and it even comes with peripherals that allow you to play the game the way it’s meant to be played." ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.5/10 - Popularity: 96% | Activity: 92% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/games) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Digital Tables:** There is potential for disruptive innovation in the development of digital tables that offer interactive gaming experiences. - **Playable Furniture:** Creating furniture pieces that double as gaming surfaces presents opportunities for blending technology and design in innovative ways. - **Multi-functional Gaming Surfaces:** Designing gaming surfaces that can seamlessly transition between different games, such as foosball, air hockey, and snooker, offers convenience and versatility to gaming enthusiasts. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Furniture Design:** The furniture industry can explore the incorporation of interactive gaming elements into their designs, offering customers unique and functional pieces. - **Gaming:** The gaming industry has an opportunity to collaborate with furniture designers to create innovative products that enhance gaming experiences. - **Technology:** Advancements in technology can support the development of sophisticated gaming surfaces and interactive furniture, revolutionizing the gaming and home decor industries. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Digital Board Game Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-arena.md) - [Luxury Transparent Game Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/effetto-71-ping-pong-table.md) - [Tabletop Gaming Dining Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-gaming-table.md) - [Connected Touchscreen TV Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tcl-telly-table.md) - [Hybrid Party Game Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tiburon-tables.md) - [Board Game Furniture Innovations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bandpass-design.md) - [Encapsulated Soccer Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/table-football-game.md) - [Dynamic Interaction Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/enigmasurface.md) - [Video Game-Inspired Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pac-man-side-table.md)
