I can definitely dig this. 'Lucciola' from Desislava Sredkova is a [speaker-light combo](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spark-acoustic-light) with quirky firefly styling. I have never seen a firefly personally, but I imagine that they look something like this lamp-speaker. Combining a [speaker and light together](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/echoes-of-the-deep) is an awesome idea, as space is often at a premium these days. 'Lucciola' is 30cm long and is designed to be used in pairs according to Desislava Sredkova. Stick a fork in me, I'm sold. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 19% | Activity: 14% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Speaker-light Combo Trend:** The trend of combining speakers and lighting into a single product is on the rise, creating opportunities for design and technology innovation. - **Insect-inspired Design Trend:** The use of insect-inspired design elements in products such as 'Lucciola' is becoming more popular, presenting opportunities for creative and unique product offerings. - **Compact Home Gadgets Trend:** The desire for space-saving home gadgets, such as the 30cm 'Lucciola', is increasingly popular, providing opportunities for sleek and multifunctional designs. ### Where This Applies - **Home Decor Industry:** The home decor industry can benefit from incorporating multifunctional products with unique designs, such as speaker-light combos and insect-inspired details into their offerings. - **Audio Technology Industry:** The audio technology industry can capitalize on the trend of combining speakers with lighting, creating opportunities for innovative products that cater to smaller living spaces. - **Entertainment Industry:** The entertainment industry can benefit from the compact size and functional design of speaker-light combos by using them in creative and immersive experiences such as installations and pop-up events. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Mood-Setting Speaker Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portable-bluetooth-speaker-with-light.md) - [Cozy Ambient Speaker Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aloomi-lantern.md) - [Chinese Lantern-Like Speakers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sirocco-speaker.md) - [Invigorating Speaker Light Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/audio-and-visual-device.md) - [Nature-Inspired Speaker Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/devialet-butterfly.md) - [Kinetic Insect Sculpture Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dragonfly-balance-light.md) - [Branded Lamp Speakers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vappeby.md) - [Acousto-Optic Smart Speakers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-wireless-speaker-design.md) - [Sleep-Aiding Tranquil Light Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/light-player.md)
