Like an odd bench, it features rather [classic chair backs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yay-chair) as well as a lamp that is attached to one side. Designed by We Are Skins (W.AR.S), the Love, Not War seating also comes apart to function as [two separates chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/same-same). Perfect for [small spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pillowsac-chair-jr), it would also imbue a lot of character into homes instantly. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.5/10 - Popularity: 27% | Activity: 69% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Eclectic Compact Furniture:** The Love, Not War Seating is an example of uniquely eclectic and compact furniture that could inspire further innovation in the furniture industry. - **Multi-functional Furniture:** The Love, Not War Seating doubles as both a bench and separate chairs, showcasing the potential for multi-functional and space-saving furniture designs. - **Personality-driven Furniture:** The Love, Not War Seating's quirky design adds personality to a space, indicating a trend towards furniture that expresses individuality and uniqueness. ### Where This Applies - **Furniture:** The Love, Not War Seating is a unique piece of furniture that could inspire innovation in the home goods industry. - **Interior Design:** Incorporating quirky and eclectic pieces like the Love, Not War Seating can make a statement in interior design, leading to further experimentation in this field. - **Sustainable Design:** The Love, Not War Seating's compact design could promote sustainability in the furniture industry, encouraging the creation of environmentally friendly and space-saving pieces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Ultra-Comfy Seating Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cushy-lounge-chair.md) - [Playful Toy-Like Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/frunchroom-furniture-collection.md) - [Quirky Postmodern Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-ebba-armchair.md) - [Versatile Nesting Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cozmo-1.md) - [Childhood-Inspired Outdoor Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/peace-outdoor-lounge.md) - [Compact Pillowy Furniture Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sander-series.md) - [Pod-Inspired Bulbous Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pod-collection.md) - [Playful Casual Furniture Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/uchronia-wave.md) - [Sculptural Avant-Garde Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interior-furniture.md)
