The priorities for the completion of this concept product include the capacity to deliver a fresh beverage, the success of establishing an aesthetically pleasing object and the facilitation of bringing family members together. This would become a clean and delicious spring that crops up in the domestic environment. Designed by Wongyung Lee and Kim Seo Hee, this appliance functions like a [water filtering faucet](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spout-water) and would be installed somewhere along the kitchen countertop. While smooth and elegant in appearance, the Lotus Water Purifier embodies drama with its pedestal-like metal saucer and its gracefully curved stem that comes to an exquisite tip. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.0/10 - Popularity: 34% | Activity: 47% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Home Water Purification:** Developing advanced water purifiers for domestic use that provide clean drinking water and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the kitchen. - **Multifunctional Kitchen Appliances:** Creating innovative kitchen appliances that serve multiple purposes and bring family members together. - **Aesthetically Pleasing Designs:** Focusing on designing products with visually appealing elements to enhance the overall look of domestic environments. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Appliance Manufacturing:** Manufacturing companies specializing in innovative home appliances that incorporate water purification features and promote family interaction. - **Kitchen and Bath Fixtures:** Companies producing stylish and functional kitchen and bath fixtures, including water purifiers that can serve as decorative elements in contemporary kitchens. - **Interior Design and Home Decor:** Interior designers and home decor companies incorporating aesthetically pleasing water purification systems as part of their kitchen design solutions. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Lotus-Inspired Floating Water Purifiers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/floatis.md) - [Avant-Garde Water Purifiers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oasium-water-purifier.md) - [Vibrant Metal Water Purifiers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/conecto.md) - [Designer Water Purifier Faucets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lumos-water-purifier.md) - [Water Purifier Coffee Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/coway-duo.md) - [Stealthy Water Purifier Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stonewell.md) - [Sleek Water Dispenser Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/metapure-desktop-water-dispenser.md) - [Corner-Accommodating Water Purifiers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/builtin-water-purifier.md) - [Water-Purifying Water Jugs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luvia.md)
