The high rise structure made use of a 7 [Canon](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rfmounted-lenses) EOS 7Ds when taking the pictures, enabling the piece to take in the city as a whole via its circular perspective. Viewers can zoom in and out of desired areas by way of these panoramic features. The impressive project came of weeks of work, a time frame that was certainly necessitated by the sheer height of the BT Tower as it is the world's tallest building. It is no wonder then that when printed, these pictures would span for 322 feet. And yet, in spite of its height, the snapshots taken are remarkably detailed as the camera gathered 1.8 gigapixel shots. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.3/10 - Popularity: 8% | Activity: 24% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Photography](https://www.trendhunter.com/photography) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Panoramic Photography:** Advancements in panoramic photography technology allow for capturing detailed images of entire cities from high rise structures. - **High Resolution Imaging:** The use of high-resolution cameras and gigapixel shots enable the capture of remarkably detailed images, even from extreme heights. - **Interactive Viewing Experience:** Panoramic features and zoom capabilities offer viewers an interactive and immersive way to explore and examine desired areas of large-scale images. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Photography:** The photography industry can harness the opportunity to develop new panoramic photography techniques and equipment to enhance the capture of large-scale images. - **Construction:** The construction industry can leverage panoramic photography to document and analyze large-scale projects, such as skyscrapers and high-rise buildings, with greater detail. - **Tourism:** The tourism industry can utilize panoramic photography to create virtual tours and immersive experiences that showcase popular destinations and attractions. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [London-Based Glass Lift Viewpoints](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lift-109.md) - [Heritage Tower Suspensions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/50-fenchurch-street-project.md) - [Timber Nature Reserve Towers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-lookout-tower.md) - [White 3D-Printed Tower Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tor-alva.md) - [Feminine Silhouette Tall Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/telus-sky-tower.md) - [London-Based Garden Roofscapes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/roof-garden.md) - [Hyper High-Resolution Cameras](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hyper-highresolution-camera.md) - [Multi-Lens Capture Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moon-walker-multi-cam.md) - [Eiffel Tower-Inspired LEGO Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eiffel-tower-lego.md)
