Two log cabins from the 1800s are being introduced into [Twitter’s](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/about-silk) headquarters in San Francisco to create cozy dining and hangout spaces for its employees.

Lundberg Design is the firm responsible for the design of the creative workspace for the social networking site. Although open concept workspaces have their benefits, but they can often be too wide open and impersonal. That's why these two log cabins are being introduced into the space and as Lundberg Design describes, the effect will be like having a "room within a room." The 19th century cabins from Montana are perfectly at home in Twitter's offices, especially since it continues with the woodsy forest theme.

Other companies like [Pixar](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/disney-creator-ambassador-program) and Inventionland have also previously brought in log cabin-like structures to warm up its workspaces.
