A place that is separate from the rest of the house, becoming a special hiding place even if everyone happens to know about it. One design studio decided to include a [lofted playspace in the bedroom](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/musa-apartment) of a little girl in order to create a place for fun and imagination. Designed by Cadas Arquitetura, the lofted playspace and the rest of the bedroom can be found in an [apartment based in Sao Paulo](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/onda-apartment), Brazil. Upon immediately entering the space, it's clear that it embraces the feminine nature of being a little girl. Yet the colors are sutble and soft, allowing for a slight neutral undertone. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.1/10 - Popularity: 88% | Activity: 86% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 10% men, 90% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha - Top markets: South America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Lofted Playspaces:** Opportunity for creating innovative and personalized playspaces within homes. ### Who This Affects Most - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for incorporating unique and creative playspace designs into home interiors. - **Furniture:** Opportunity for designing and manufacturing specialized furniture pieces for lofted playspaces. - **Architecture:** Opportunity for integrating lofted playspaces into architectural designs for residential spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Tent‑Filled Daycare Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/deya-day-care.md) - [Textile Igloo Bedrooms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/takk.md) - [Nature-Inspired Indoor Playgrounds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sarit-shani-hay.md) - [Elevated Garden Lofts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/attic-above-garden.md) - [Playfully Vibrant Studio Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/colgio-salesiano.md) - [Timeless Comfortable Bright Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lvia-leite.md) - [Structural Energetic Playgrounds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/archipelago-playscape.md) - [NYC Apartment Renovations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brooklyn-loft.md) - [Colorful Room Sanctuaries](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/colorful-room.md)
