# Modern Shutterbug Abodes Lo Spazio is the Studio of Italian Photographer Davide Lovatti By Michael Hemsworth | Published 2013-04-03 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lo-spazio References: [homedsgn](http://www.homedsgn.com/2013/04/02/lo-spazio-a-photographers-studio/) & [lo-spazio](http://www.lo-spazio.com/) Feeling like the perfect modern mix of a workplace and a home, Lo Spazio is the stuido of Italian photographer Davide Lovatti. The space is expansive in size and big in terms of feeling; there is a definite sense of [minimalism at play](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grigio-verde), yet everything that one would expect is accounted for. It's always a treat to see spaces that double as a workplace and a home because it's the blending of two worlds. When it comes to the arts, I find it's a more realistic choice to mix a studio with one's home because the artist can then live the life as a whole instead of on office hours. Lo Spazio is located in [Milan, Italy](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/milan-apartment) and truly a marvel of artistic quality in every respect of the prestigious notion. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.4/10 - Popularity: 4% | Activity: 1% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Modern](https://www.trendhunter.com/modern) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Home-work Integration:** The trend towards combining work and living spaces to create a more cohesive lifestyle. - **Minimalistic Design:** The trend towards designing spaces with a minimalistic approach, while still ensuring all expected amenities are provided. - **Artistic Workspaces:** The trend towards creating workspaces that are conducive to artistic endeavors. ### Where This Applies - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunities in designing spaces that can balance work with pleasure. - **Real Estate:** Opportunities in offering unique workspaces for those in creative fields that offer all necessary amenities. - **Photography:** Innovative opportunities for creating artistic workspaces that support and inspire creativity in visual arts. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Villa-Transformed Creative Studios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studio-nichetto.md) - [Italian 4-Story Loft Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-mrgt.md) - [Cool Tonal Stylistic Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/take-time.md) - [Retro Vibrantly Designed Studios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pink-villa.md) - [Artist Apartment Conversions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/alan-prekop-studio.md) - [Remote Work-Catering Modern Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studio-plow.md) - [Contemporary Italian Office Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/noa-office.md) - [Lively Transformed Vibrant Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-buondelmonti.md) - [Renovated Maximalist Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-di-fantasia.md)
