The Open Planning Project (TOPP) is a non-profit whose dedication toward [eco-friendly, transparent urban design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/office-national-des-forts) is made evident by their Living Wall fixture in their downtown NYC offices.

The main floor of the TOPP suite is designed around a continuous, 84-foot-long walnut bookshelf intended to perfectly recreate Manhattan's landscape. Each cubby of the bookshelf represents a city block, avenue or street and is complemented by the sprawling central park supplement. The enormous urban park manifests itself as a Living Wall that grows and requires the attention of TOPP employees -- small ponds and lakes have even been included in the details. Because the green fixture was installed adjacent to the [office space](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/salt-hq), it's been given ample viewing space, impressing passersby and workers every day.
