# Indoor Swimming Spaces This Living Room Pool is Certainly an Amazing Sight By Chalaine Mantha | Published 2011-02-04 | Lifestyle Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/living-room-pool References: [dornob](http://dornob.com/space-saving-spa-small-indooroutdoor-living-room-pool/) Usually when you see an indoor pool, it is kept in a gigantic room separate from residential areas. This featured living room pool proves this idea otherwise. The pool has a glass cover put overtop so you can walk on it when it is not in use. A retractable roof lets the sunshine in, so you can tan indoors in the summer! Area rugs that mirror an aquatic look are placed adjacent to the living room pool for an eye-pleasing effect. The home is so breathtaking, it’s hard not to want it! ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.6/10 - Popularity: 100% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Life](https://www.trendhunter.com/life) ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Modern Fortresses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/transforming-castle.md) - [Decked-Out Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/deck-centric-home.md) - [Transforming Floors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/transforming-floors.md) - [Palatial Garden Mansions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/osprey-incline-village-estate.md) - [Decadent Designer Abodes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dean-conley-villa-collina.md) - [Illusionary Swimming Pools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fake-pool.md) - [Green Dream Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dream-home-green-home.md) - [Chic Alpine Chalets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/richard-bransons-favourite-swiss-alps-lodge.md) - [Extravagent Living](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/extravagent-living-castles-lighthouses-convents-as-homes.md)
