LitPix was created as a solution to the now-common habit that people have of storing their photos in the digital sphere, instead of as physical keepsakes.

LitPix is a [physical frame](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/frame-it) in the form of a cube that allows people to proudly display their most cherished photos in their home, in a way that is both modern and rustic. Users of the product simply send LitPix their [favorite photos](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/instantphoto), which are printed on a special film, mounted onto acrylic tiles, and then placed in [cubic wooden frames](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nanoleaf-blocks). These frames are lit from within, allowing the pictures to stand out and function as a night light when it's dark.

The LitPix frames come in four sustainably sourced woods, including maple, oak, cherry and walnut.
