A 3D art rendition of real race tracks around the globe, this piece is minimalistic and sleek, perfect for modern and stylish homes. The best part about the Linear Edge is that the wife can't complain about its design. Considering how most wouldn't have memorized the shape of each course, these pieces can even be passed off as abstract art. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.9/10 - Popularity: 28% | Activity: 21% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Autos](https://www.trendhunter.com/autos) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Racing-inspired Home Decor:** There is an opportunity for disruptive innovation in the home decor industry to create more products inspired by the racing industry. - **3D Printed Art:** There is an opportunity for disruptive innovation in the art industry to expand the use of 3D printing to create unique and intricate art pieces such as the Linear Edge. - **Abstract Art with Purpose:** There is an opportunity for disruptive innovation in the art industry to create more abstract art that also serves a practical purpose, such as the Linear Edge race track art piece. ### Who This Affects Most - **Home Decor:** The home decor industry can leverage the popularity of the racing industry to create more racing-inspired decor products for consumers. - **Art:** The art industry can utilize 3D printing technology to create unique and intricate art pieces such as the Linear Edge race track art. - **Gifts and Accessories:** The gifts and accessories industry can market the Linear Edge race track art piece as the perfect gift for racing enthusiasts to display in their homes or offices. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Automobile-Focused Home Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ralph-lauren-modern-driver.md) - [Trackside Holiday Home Developments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/escapade-silverstone.md) - [Painting-Inspired Artful Cars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bmw-art-car.md) - [Dynamic Artful Car Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bmw-m-hybrid-v8.md) - [Contemporary Racing Simulators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drivepod.md) - [Retrofuturism Split-Body Race Cars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/traroca-v1.md) - [Race Car-Themed Candles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/22-racing.md) - [Racing-Inspired Board Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lacorsa-grand-prix-game.md) - [Auto-Inspired Decor Items](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cameo-1.md)
