The [Microsoft](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/xar) HoloLens is a powerful consumer product, so much so that LimpidArmor, a Ukranian military equipment company, is incorporating the technology into one of its own products. LimpidArmor has created an "omnidirectional review system" that integrates the HoloLens into a [military helmet](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/argus-ar), giving wearers an [augmented reality system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shoeigtair3) on the battlefield.

LimpidArmor's concept helmet isn't meant for every soldier. Rather, it's meant to be used by tank operators in conjunction with a camera system. With the omnidirectional review system, tank drivers can see a 360 degree video feed of the area surrounding their vehicle thanks to a set of military-grade cameras placed around the outside of the tank. The tank operator using the system could thus scan the entire landscape simply by looking around.
