Sherry — as part of its acclaimed [Cask Finish Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wood-finishing-series). This new release showcases the brand’s expertise in blending and finishing. P.X. Sherry, a renowned Spanish dessert wine, is known for its rich, sweet flavors of dried fruit, chocolate, and toffee, which impart a luxurious depth to the bourbon. Barrell Craft Spirits carefully selected straight bourbons from Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee with [Pedro](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pedro-fernndez-selection) Ximénez (P.X.) Sherry barrels to ensure an authentic and rich taste. The result is a complex and full-body whiskey with notes of toasted coffee, golden honey, and candied fruit. With a mash bill of 80% corn, 16% rye, and 4% malted barley, this limited-edition bourbon expression is bottled at cask strength (115.52 proof) to preserve its bold character.
