Topicals, the creator of Gen Z-targeted skincare for flare-ups, recently introduced its first permanent moisturizer and the all-new Like Butter Moisturizer represents a consolidation and reformulation of the Like Butter Mask. The Like Butter Moisturizer is formulated with 1% colloidal oatmeal, green tea, turmeric, rhubarb and ginseng.
