The branches look as if they were dipped in star lights, or as if they were covered in golden dew. The branches light up the tree and the area around them, making them glisten and glow in the moonlight. The branches are flexible so if you want to add little ornaments, the branches will be able to handle their weight. Made of metal and plastic, these artificial trees will last you year after year and you won't need to worry about fire hazards. It switches on and off and works with a timer so you can program them to light up during the night. These light up trees come in a set so you can decorate the front of your house or the inside in whatever way best suits your decorating wishes. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.4/10 - Popularity: 63% | Activity: 60% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Sparkling LED Christmas Trees:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop customizable LED light patterns on Christmas trees. - **Festive Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrate smart home technology with holiday decorations for automated lighting and scheduling. - **Durable Artificial Trees:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create eco-friendly and sustainable materials for long-lasting artificial Christmas trees. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore the use of Internet of Things (IoT) in home decor products. - **Holiday Decorations:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop eco-friendly alternatives to traditional holiday decorations. - **LED Lighting:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Discover energy-efficient lighting solutions for residential and commercial applications. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Pop-Up Holiday Decor](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/one-minute-christmas-trees.md) - [Christmas-Themed USB Keys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/psb-xmas-tree.md) - [Illuminated Christmas Tree Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/all-lit-up.md) - [Customizable Holiday Decorations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/merry-sparkles-outdoor-decor.md) - [Karaoke Christmas Trees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/holiday-tree-display.md) - [Seamless Color-Changing Christmas Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/festavia-string.md) - [Gaming Star Toppers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/invincibility-star.md) - [Solar-Powered Floral Garden Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solar-tree-house.md) - [All-In-One Festive Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lighting-experience.md)
