Worn on the body like an exoskeleton, the [Panasonic](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/panasonic-soundslayer-wigss) Assist Robot allows wearers to lift things with ease thanks to the enhanced mechanisms within. Developed by Activelink Co. Ltd., an in-house venture brand from Panasonic, the Panasonic Assist Robot offers almost anyone the ability to lift heavy objects.

Although many are predicting a future where heavy lifting is done exclusively by robots, the current need for assistive products is apparent. The Panasonic Assist Robot works by being worn on the body to reduce the amount of physical strain that an active workday can have on the body.

With an easy to wear design and a battery that lasts for eight hours, the Panasonic Assist Robot could help users lift things sooner than later (although release dates are still unknown).
