Lift & Co. Hosted the First Major Cannabis Event in Canada for 2019

From January 10th until the 13th, [Lift & Co.](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lift-seltzer-1) hosted the year's first major [cannabis event in Canada](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/420-celebration), featuring a lineup of over 400 impressive speakers and exhibitors from all around the globe -- who considered how the newly legal status of cannabis in the country will impact businesses and consumers both domestically and internationally.

The [business conference](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/china-international-import-expo) considered the challenges industry leaders are facing, as well as the opportunities that continue to arise in the burgeoning field. A few highlights included panel discussions hosted by CEO & Director of Quadron Cannatech Corporation, Rosy Mondin, and former National Policy Secretary of the Liberal Party of Canada, David Hurford. Apart from these informative discussions, attendees were able to check out emerging products, services, and concepts that are making waves in the industry.

Following the success of last year's event, Lift & Co. will be hosting another exposition in Toronto this summer as well, from June 6th until the 9th.
