Costing a steep $8,500, the backyard decor is certainly one-of-a-kind. Amazingly realistic and sure to shake things up in the neighborhood, the pachyderm statue is a strong statement, to say the least. Extremely durable and made to last, the statue is made from high-quality resin and is probably as resilient as an actual elephant. Using understated hues and extreme detail, the immense creature-inspired sculpture is a true work of art. Though probably not safe for riding, the African piece is certainly not for the meek. Wildly bold, striking and absolutely giant, this statue is a huge addition to any backyard. Sure to attract only the most daring buyers, the piece is as staggering as the animal that inspired it. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.0/10 - Popularity: 13% | Activity: 38% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: North America, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Expensive Outdoor Decor:** Creating life-sized and realistic animal statues as high-end outdoor decor offers a unique and luxurious way to enhance backyard spaces. - **Extreme Attention to Detail:** Using high-quality materials and incorporating intricate details in sculpture design opens up opportunities for creating visually stunning and captivating pieces. - **Statement Art Pieces:** Producing large and bold sculptures that make a strong statement in terms of size, style, and impact can attract daring buyers seeking unique and eye-catching art installations. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Outdoor Home Decor:** The outdoor home decor industry can explore the market for high-end and artistic animal statues designed to enhance backyard aesthetics. - **Art and Sculpture:** The art and sculpture industry can experiment with creating life-sized animal sculptures with extreme attention to detail to cater to the demand for visually captivating art pieces. - **Luxury Goods:** The luxury goods market can target daring buyers looking for extravagant statement pieces by offering unique and expensive animal statues for outdoor decoration. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Polar Bear-Themed Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/polar-bear-bench.md) - [Sculptural Outdoor 4K Televisions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/c-seed-n1-outdoor-tv.md) - [Adorable Plush Mascot Toys](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mastodon-mascot.md) - [Boxed Wine Lawn Ornaments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lawn-inflatablecab.md) - [Durable Animal-Shaped Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/metal-cow-accent-table.md) - [Vibrant Outdoor Seating](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/metal-peacock-garden-bench.md) - [Eye-Catching Designer Rugs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/designer-rug.md) - [Luxury Game Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luxury-board-game.md) - [Wild Animal-Decorated Gowns](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/schiaparelli-lion-head.md)
