The financial services company '[LGM](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/resource-furniture-1)' in Vancouver, BC was created by the design firm 'DIALOG.'

The CEO of LGM Adam Hill wanted a space that represented the fact that the company provides warranties and solutions for [automotive brands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tech-center). As a result, much of the space has car-themed elements. This comes in the form of shattered glass panels to represent windshield repair, [refurbished car engines as decor](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/furniture-capsule-1) and table bases and vintage seat belts that function as privacy dividers. A unique addition to the LGM office that is seemingly unrelated to cars is the life-sized chess game that is set up in the office's outdoor patio.

This office's design allows it to remain on-brand while functioning as a space that is productive, collaborative and playful.
