It aims to highlight the 60s era and does so through minimal luxe designs and [comfortable shapes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/news-collection). It features two colorway options including plaza beige or chestnut. These are selected to create a natural look and it is also detailed with fine weavers throughout the construction. The base is made from [powder-coated aluminum](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aluminum-outdoor-furniture) to create a sturdy base. Richard Ouellette of Les Ensembliers talks about the furniture, stating “I love pure and unadorned spaces that leave room for the view in a large garden, a terrace, or even on the coast. I love sleek and voluminous furniture that inspires true relaxation.” Image Credit: Bosquet, Les Ensembliers ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.1/10 - Popularity: 31% | Activity: 20% | Freshness: 13% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **California-inspired Outdoor Furniture:** Opportunity for companies to explore the trend of creating outdoor furniture inspired by California's cool energy in minimalist designs with comfortable shapes, infused with fine weavers. - **60s Era-inspired Designs:** Disruptive innovation opportunity in creating furniture designs inspired by the cool energy of the 60s era and minimal luxe designs, that aim to highlight natural colors for a natural look, infused with fine weavers. - **Luxe Outdoor Furniture:** Opportunity for companies to innovate and disrupt the outdoor furniture industry by creating sleek and voluminous furniture that inspires true relaxation. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Furniture:** The furniture industry could explore creating outdoor furniture inspired by the cool energy of California, infused with fine weavers to create a natural feel and minimal luxe designs. - **Outdoor:** Opportunity for the outdoor industry to create sleek and voluminous furniture that inspires true relaxation in line with the trend of luxe outdoor furniture. - **Design:** Design companies can explore creating furniture designs inspired by the 60s era, using natural colors aimed at creating a natural look, while using fine weavers to infuse unique characteristics into the construction. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [California-Inspired Outdoor Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mondos-outdoor.md) - [Luxurious Outdoor Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luxurious-outdoor-furniture1.md) - [Ultra-Modern Furniture Capsules](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/inaugural-outdoor-furniture-collection.md) - [Colorful Outdoor Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cancn-kollection.md) - [Nature-Inspired Lounge Furniture Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mayland-guest-lounge.md) - [Comprehensive Wooden Outdoor Lines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooden-outdoor-furniture1.md) - [Surf-Inspired Outdoor Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/laun-x-chet-architecture-mondos.md) - [Organic Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ensemble-1.md) - [Dynamic Open-Air Outdoor Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/2024-outdoor-collection.md)
