This laptop is Lenovo's first ever 17.3-inch touchscreen model, and boasts a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080. It offers some pretty powerful graphics thanks to its [Nvidia](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flagship-gaming-laptop) GTX-860M 4G DD4R graphics card. The Lenovo Y70 Touch will be available with a range of different specifications, and can be configured with up to an Intel [Core i7](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lenovo-yogabook-9i) processor with a hefty 512 GB of storage. Being a gaming laptop, it also of course has a backlit keyboard. The laptop will launch in September and will start at $1,299. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.9/10 - Popularity: 22% | Activity: 56% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Games](https://www.trendhunter.com/games) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Touchscreen Gaming Laptops:** The trend of touchscreen gaming laptops allows for a more interactive and immersive gaming experience. - **Surprisingly Thin Laptops:** The trend of surprisingly thin laptops offers portability without sacrificing performance. - **Powerful Graphics Cards:** The trend of powerful graphics cards provides gamers with enhanced visuals and realistic gaming experiences. ### Who This Affects Most - **Technology:** The technology industry can benefit from the trend of touchscreen gaming laptops by creating more innovative and advanced gaming devices. - **Gaming:** The gaming industry can leverage the trend of surprisingly thin laptops by developing and promoting games that are optimized for portable gaming devices. - **Computer Hardware:** The computer hardware industry can capitalize on the trend of powerful graphics cards by manufacturing and selling high-performance graphics cards for gaming enthusiasts. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Revolutionary Flagship Gaming Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flagship-gaming-laptop.md) - [Refined Gamer Laptop Models](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lenovo-ideapad-gaming-3.md) - [Trailblazing 4K Gaming Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/4k-gaming-laptop.md) - [Multi-Position Dual-Display Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lenovo-yoga-book-9i.md) - [Premium Dual-Screen Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rog-zephyrus-duo-16.md) - [Dual-OLED Display Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lenovo-yogabook-9i.md) - [All-White Gaming Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lenovo-4.md) - [Creative Dual-Display Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/topton-l10.md) - [Ultrathin AI-Accelerated Computers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/yoga-slim-7x.md)
