The [soft-baked cookie](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/raspberry-pistachio-cookie) starts off with a premium dough infused with real strawberry flavor to give it a summer-themed taste, while also balancing out the richness of the base. This is achieved further with the use of lemon flavor for a bright, sweet taste that isn't too cloying on the palate. Jimmy John's Lemon Strawberry Burst Cookie is available now for order via the brand's website, app and in-store, and is said by the brand to pair perfectly with the returning Thai Chicken Wrap.
