Rather than having to [mix the bread dough](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ooni-halo-pro-spiral-mixer) in one dish, roll it on a flat surface and bake it in a separate pan; the Lekue cleverly allows all those steps to be be completed with one gadget. The Lekue bread maker is a multifaceted kitchen accessory. Chefs and bakers can mix up ingredients in a stylish brown plastic bowl and then unfold the bowl into a flat surface by unclipping the plastic flaps.
