[Merlin Entertainments—the](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/make-magic-happen) British company that owns the theme park—has introduced a number of safety measures to ensure that the venue does not encourage an outbreak of the virus. Park guests are asked to wear protective equipment and disposable masks are made available to those who don't have them. All individuals—including adults, children, and employees—will undergo temperature checks prior to entering. Markers are placed throughout the Legoland Florida Resort in order to make sure that people are effectively social distancing. Guests are also spaced out on rides, while the stores and restaurants on-premise are operating at limited capacity. In terms of disinfecting, employees are regularly cleaning "high-frequency touchpoints"—from tables and chairs to door handles, [LEGO](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/superpower-studios) bricks, ride restraints, and service counters."
