"Too close for comfort" may describe your experience watching anything unpleasant if it's through these cutting-edge LED Contact Lenses. [University of Washington](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/papertok) researchers have managed to implant semitransparent [red and blue LED lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/led-esthetics) within contacts that will wirelessly (thank god) be able to receive and display data in sharp visual images and video.

With work underway for adding green light-emitting diodes to these innovative LED Contact Lenses, science and technology may conceivably bring TV to your eyeballs -- talk about convenience! The best part about it is that you'll never miss any action since a blink may only reinforce the picture.
