The waterproof lighting puts modern LED lighting into a hand axe mount. The LED Axe Lighting can be hung on a pipe or other protrusion indoors or hacked into a piece of wood mounted to a wall or even into furniture. Outside, the LED Axe Lighting can be anchored into a tree or anywhere else that seems appropriate. The lighting unit can be dismounted to recharge the batteries or replace the LED. Comanns was also a team member involved in the VESPERTILIUM clothes pin design. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.1/10 - Popularity: 26% | Activity: 60% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Energy-efficient LED Lighting:** Opportunity for developing innovative LED lighting solutions that are energy-efficient and long-lasting. - **Versatile Mounting Options:** Opportunity to create lighting solutions that can be easily mounted on various surfaces for flexible usage. - **Modular Lighting Units:** Opportunity to design lighting units that can be easily dismounted for battery replacement or recharging. ### Who This Affects Most - **Industrial Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunities in creating innovative and functional lighting designs. - **Outdoor Recreation:** Opportunity to develop lighting solutions for outdoor activities and adventures. - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Opportunity for integrating lighting solutions into furniture designs for added functionality and aesthetics. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Mood-Setting Adventurous Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/guidelight.md) - [Rechargeable Portable Torch Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/piton-portable-lamp.md) - [Ultra-Flexible Lamp Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/anywhereuse-lamp.md) - [Sculptural Wooden Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arc-lamp.md) - [Removable Head Portable Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lexon-orbe.md) - [Modernized Lantern Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ambientec-madco.md) - [Outdoor Lantern Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/camping-lantern-1.md) - [Romantic Modern Lighting Sources](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wick-s.md) - [Elegant Axis-Mounted Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pendulum-lamp.md)
