The Leaning House is a residential property that tilts upwards, allowing clients to enjoy an excellent view of the nearby lake while also attracting sunlight despite the [surrounding landscape being quite hilly](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/b2a-architects). The home is located near Seoul, South Korea and is designed by the Praud architecture firm.

The interior of the Leaning House is open-concept and consists of a family room, living room, kitchen, terrace and a mezzanine with a reading room, library, bedroom and bathroom. The lake view can be taken in from the balcony, which can be accessed by a flight of stairs.

Another benefit of the [tilted house design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/twisted-house1) is the creation of a [small shaded terrace](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-under-the-poplars) at the front of the home.

The structure is zinc-clad and takes up 96 square meters of space.
