Indeed, to call this vehicle a food truck feels like a disservice, because its intricate design and surprising capacity makes it a fully stocked restaurant on wheels. The vehicle is designed to be easily maneuverable in tight urban environments; however, once on site, it opens up to double its length, creating a space that is both functional and versatile. Le Bistrot du Lion includes areas for food prep, cooking, dining and refreshments, as well as a DJ booth that offers web radio and a variety of music playlists to create the appropriate atmosphere.
