This Friday, [Netflix](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chicken-nugget-trailer) is set to debut a new docuseries called 'Las Crónicas Del Taco' that's all about tacos.

'Las Crónicas Del Taco' is the first Nextflix Original documentary series to focus entirely on tacos and the people who make them. The show's Associate Producer and "taco scout" is Javier Cabral, who is well known in the Los Angeles food scene and knows more than a thing or two about tacos. As Cabral explained on his [Instagram](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/Cross-platform-search-analytics), the show aims to highlight "tacos and the hardworking taqueros who make it." Cabral also recommends watching the series in Spanish with English subtitles to "perfect your taco-ordering Spanish!"
