# Lovely Crooked Canisters La Mamba Dalton Containers Bring a Twist to Your Culinary Decor By Amelia Roblin | Published 2012-10-05 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/la-mamba-dalton-containers References: [notcot.org](http://www.notcot.org/post/50577/) & [omelette-ed](http://www.omelette-ed.com/Dalton) Reclaimed jar canisters certainly have a great deal of merit, but given the option of decorating my kitchen with these La Mamba Dalton Containers, I would most definitely choose the latter. The Spanish-made food vessels function fundamentally as [sealable storage](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/herb-storage-container), yet they truly impress with their charming appearances. The winsome [wooden objects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/michele-de-lucchi) have been inspired by [vintage candy holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/candy-table) and take a delightful color scheme. They brighten up even the darkest of culinary environments with a vivid yellow, teal, ebony and the beautiful natural shade of timber. There are three sizes to the La Mamba Dalton Containers that differ only in height to increase capacity. Each has a cocked top to give it additional character as it protects your staple baking ingredients. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.5/10 - Popularity: 60% | Activity: 8% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Reclaimed Jar Canisters:** Creating unique and sustainable storage solutions by repurposing ordinary items. - **Charming Food Vessels:** Designing food storage containers that combine functionality with visually appealing designs. - **Vintage-inspired Decor:** Tapping into nostalgia by incorporating retro aesthetics into modern kitchen accessories. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Organization:** Providing innovative and stylish storage solutions for households. - **Kitchen Appliances and Accessories:** Creating and marketing visually appealing and functional products for the culinary space. - **Eco-friendly Home Decor:** Offering sustainable and aesthetically pleasing items for home decoration. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Hourglass-Shaped Kitchen Containers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grains-of-time.md) - [Non-Toxic Glass Containers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glass-airtight-container-set.md) - [Traditional Food Preservation Containers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/twist-food-storage-container.md) - [Modern Magnetic Food Containers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cliik-food-storage-system.md) - [Multifunctional Glass Food Containers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glass-food-container.md) - [Designer Danish Housewares](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stackable-vessels.md) - [Vibrant Food Storage Solutions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/food-storage-collection.md) - [Handmade Kitchen Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/il-buco-vita-x-commune-design.md) - [Playful Packaging-Inspired Vases](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/strawberry-milk-vase.md)
