Food has always been a powerful form of nourishment and healing, and Kyma is a new functional dining concept that puts this philosophy at its center, drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean way of eating, which has long been linked to longevity. Kyma Mediterranean Grill serves up bowls packed with 40 to 55 grams of protein, sprouted grains and fermented fibers for gut health, and in line with many health-conscious consumers' interests, excludes seed oils. The Harissa Bowl gets its 52 grams of protein from grilled chicken and black lentils, while The Olympian combines Ahi tuna, quinoa, roasted chickpeas, plus avocado to energize and satisfy.

Toronto's Kyma Mediterranean Grill's grand opening day special includes a $10 dish deal.
