American athletic footwear brand [K-Swiss](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bricks-wood) and Amber Vittoria, an NYC illustrator who's work primarily focuses on the portrayal of real women, have joined forces to come up with an exclusive design in celebration of this year's International Women's Day on March 8th.

The artist-designed [Classic 88](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/classic-whip-spf-30-lip-balm) model is available through the K-Swiss website, and is dubbed 'This Space is For You.' As Vittoria explains, "Through the [bright colors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nike-x-milk-makeup) of ‘This Space is For You,’ this collaborative K-Swiss Classic pair celebrates the space women have made to express themselves both physically and emotionally. The woman in the piece also pushes to create even more space, representing the continued crusade for intersectional feminism and equality amongst genders.”
