Starting Thursday, June 1st, fans will be able to sink their teeth into a savory and spicy new Korean BBQ Sausage. The new sauce is flavored with a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, white rice, sesame seeds, napa cabbage kimchi, and scallions. When grilled, the caramelized sugars bring out flavors to deliver a taste that is reminiscent of Korean BBQ. As Dog Haus’ Würstmacher Adam Gertler explains, "This month’s sausage flavors are like being in a Korean BBQ restaurant, ordering marinated beef, cooking it on the grill with a nice char and enjoying it with rice and kimchi. Haused in our famous grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls."
