Here, we have a cabinet that's elevated to a convenient height, made possible thanks to a bunch of darts that appear to have penetrated it completely. It's this [cluster of slender shafts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ceiba-series) that become the [stabilizing legs of the piece](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tong-side-table) that keep it perfectly level. Luis Branco proposes that the storage component would be crafted of warm timber material with a rich wood grain texture. The arrows ends that connect to the top and the bottom of the box would be made of metal and accentuated with a shiny golden finish. As a result, the Killer Arrows console would be an eccentric and even theatrical piece of furniture. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.2/10 - Popularity: 46% | Activity: 12% | Freshness: 8% ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Elevated Furniture:** Disruptive innovation opportunity to create unique furniture pieces with elevated designs, like the Killer Arrows bedside table. - **Penetrating Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity to incorporate visually striking elements, such as darts penetrating furniture, into product designs. - **Theatrical Furniture:** Disruptive innovation opportunity to create furniture pieces that have an eccentric and dramatic aesthetic, like the Killer Arrows console. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Disruptive innovation opportunity for furniture manufacturers to create elevated and visually striking designs, inspired by the Killer Arrows bedside table. - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity for interior designers to incorporate unique and theatrical furniture pieces, like the Killer Arrows console, into their designs. - **Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity for home decor companies to offer eccentric and visually captivating furniture pieces, inspired by the Killer Arrows bedside table. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Illusory Cracked Base Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/conceptual-side-table.md) - [Stylish Oakwood Storage Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moose-cabinet.md) - [Intersecting Two-Part Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shaolin-side-table.md) - [Offset Shelf Sideboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crazy-slice-sideboard-concept.md) - [Splintered Storage Console Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flitter-console-table.md) - [Perplexingly Angular Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tadashi-side-table.md) - [Forest-Inspired Wooden Cabinets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hayashi-cabinet.md) - [Twisting CGI-Designed Sideboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bookscrew-sideboard.md) - [Minimal Four-Legged Wooden Cabinets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/exposure-cabinet.md) - [Artful Wooden Furniture Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/knowledge-of-all-dark-things.md)
