Whenever you stop the video and remove your cursor, pictures containing clear and stunning graphics appear before your eyes. ‘Khoda’ was created by four students: Reza Dolatabad, Mark Szalos Farkas, Adam Thomson, and Hamed Mafakheri. Their student collaboration on this [extraordinary piece of art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multimedia-art-installation) earned them ‘Best Animation’ at the Canary Wharf Film Festival in August of 2008. I found ‘Khoda’ entertaining and very well put together. I’m so glad I watched it this morning instead of closer to bed time though--it might have given me a nightmare. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.6/10 - Popularity: 44% | Activity: 87% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Pop Culture](https://www.trendhunter.com/popculture) > [Internet](https://www.trendhunter.com/internet) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Interactive Storytelling:** The use of pausable technology can revolutionize traditional storytelling and narrative formats across various mediums. - **Artificial Intelligence-assisted Design:** AI-assisted design can be used to enhance the creation of pausable art, unleashing new creative possibilities and efficiencies. - **Digital and Immersive Art Experiences:** The proliferation of new digital and immersive technologies is enabling the creation of unprecedented forms of pausable art, allowing for deeper levels of personalization and interactivity. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Film and Entertainment:** Pausable art like 'Khoda' provides a unique and innovative way to engage audiences in film, TV, and online content. - **Design and Advertising:** Pausable art presents new and exciting opportunities for designers and advertisers to create interactive and engaging visual experiences. - **Fine Arts:** The development of pausable art presents an opportunity for fine artists to use technology to expand the limits of traditional media and explore new methods of expression. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Colossal AI Artworks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ai-artwork.md) - [Collaborative Artistic Projects](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/creator-odyssey.md) - [Digital Audio-Visual Exhibitions](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/audiovisual-exhibition.md) - [Physics-Informed Digital Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/motion-sculpture.md) - [Painterly Dining Experiences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/7-paintings-the-art-of-dining.md) - [Paper-Made Mosaic Artwork](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/real-life-architecture-exhibition.md) - [Analog-Style Digital Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/klydoclock.md) - [Brain-Like Labyrinths](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brash-collective.md) - [Wonderous Art Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/your-psychoacoustic-light-ensemble.md)
