This is a wonderful, [compact keyboard design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/v60-pro-deluxe-edition) that would be perfect for those who have to travel. The designers have also called the Keystick folding keyboard a “Non Bacteria Project” because it is a [personal keyboard](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portable-mechanical-keyboard) that can be used anywhere, preventing you from having to use communal keyboards. We think the best part of the Keystick folding keyboard, aside from its compact nature, is that when traveling in foreign countries you won’t have to be confused by different, international keyboards. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.2/10 - Popularity: 13% | Activity: 45% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/gadgets) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Foldable Keyboards:** The design of the Keystick folding keyboard showcases the growing trend of compact, portable keyboards that are ideal for travelers. - **Personal Keyboards:** The Keystick folding keyboard highlights the trend towards personal keyboards that can be used anywhere and help prevent the spread of bacteria. - **International Compatibility:** The Keystick folding keyboard taps into the trend of keyboards that are designed for international use, eliminating the need for users to adjust to different layouts when traveling. ### Who This Affects Most - **Technology:** In the technology industry, companies can focus on developing foldable keyboards that offer convenience and portability for travelers. - **Healthcare:** The healthcare industry can explore the use of personal keyboards, like the Keystick, to help reduce the risk of spreading bacteria in hospitals and medical facilities. - **Travel and Hospitality:** The travel and hospitality industry can benefit from promoting the international compatibility of keyboards like the Keystick, making it easier for travelers to use their own keyboards while abroad. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [AI Button-Customized Keyboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/incase-compact-ergonomic-keyboard.md) - [Sleek Computer-Packed Keyboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/foldable-keyboard-computer.md) - [Multifunctional Hidden Display Keyboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/scroom-keyboard.md) - [Rollable Bamboo Keyboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bamboo-slips-keyboard.md) - [Touch Panel Space-Saving Keyboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/am-compact-touch.md) - [Sleek Wireless Split Keyboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wing45.md) - [Wearable PC Keyboard Controllers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grab-shell.md) - [Compact Cushioned Keyboard Peripherals](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hue-bluetooth-keyboard.md) - [Sleek Workflow-Enhancing Keyboards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/knob-1-keyboard.md)
