The Benks 40 Kevlar case for iPhone 17 Pro Max features hand-woven horse patterns for Lunar New Year is a limited-edition protective phone case concept that celebrates the Year of the Horse with integrated textile and material engineering. The design uses a deep burgundy Kevlar weave as its foundation and incorporates lighter champagne-toned fibers to form a stylized running horse motif across the back through variations in weave density rather than surface printing. A sculpted horse head on the camera surround adds a three-dimensional detail inspired by traditional ornamental metalwork, while rose gold accents on the frame and buttons coordinate with the iPhone 17 Pro Max’s titanium finish.

Built with aerospace-grade DuPont Kevlar fiber, the case aims to combine protection with refined visual character. Kevlar’s tensile strength is leveraged to provide rigidity without excessive bulk, and the case retains MagSafe compatibility for wireless charging and accessories. The design adds about 2 mm of thickness to the phone’s profile and raises the camera surround for lens protection, while cutouts and finishes are crafted to preserve tactile feedback.
