The home has a [unique geometric shape](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neville-park) that makes it a very beautiful modern structure. Large windows around the house offer spectacular views of the land, sky and sea that surround the house. At the side of the house, there's a sand playground for your little ones so you can get that beachy feel to your weekends. Beside the sand pit is a small patio where you and your guests can relax, enjoy some lemonade and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Kerr Ritchie designed the interiors to have lots of warm colors that reflect the exteriors -- teal tiles in the kitchen and warm wood on the walls. The teal tiles resemble the sparkling Tasman Bay and the wood represents the lush woodlands that surround the home. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.3/10 - Popularity: 65% | Activity: 26% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Geometric Architecture:** The unique geometric shape of the Nelson House presents opportunities for innovative and visually striking architectural designs. - **Seaside Living:** The stunning views of the Tasman Bay in the Nelson House inspire opportunities for creating immersive and luxurious coastal living experiences. - **Nature-inspired Interiors:** The warm colors and natural materials used in the interior design of the Nelson House offer opportunities to create eco-friendly and nature-inspired living spaces. ### Who This Affects Most - **Architecture:** Architects and designers can explore the geometric architecture trend to create unconventional and eye-catching structures for residential and commercial properties. - **Real Estate and Hospitality:** The concept of seaside living can be leveraged by the real estate and hospitality industries to develop premium waterfront properties and luxury coastal resorts. - **Interior Design:** The nature-inspired interiors trend can be incorporated by interior designers to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing living spaces that connect inhabitants with nature. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Nature-Merging Geometric Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/neville-park-residence.md) - [Warm Timber Coastal Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-lookout.md) - [Meadow-Overlooking Sleek Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studioac-1.md) - [Picturesque Modern Holiday Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ligar-bay-bach.md) - [Stone-Finished Coastal Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/matopos.md) - [Coastal Holiday Beach Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-ferran.md) - [Lush Surroundings Glass Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glass-house-1.md) - [Fiji Ocean-Front Estate Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/reef-house.md) - [Tranquil Riverside Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chalk-river-house.md)
