The chips start off with 100% Irish potatoes sourced from the Keogh's family farm located in Dublin and feature a thick-cut, skin-on profile. The chips are then cooked to perfection before being doused in herbs and spices alongside a roast turkey flavor to mimic the taste of Thanksgiving dinner in every bite. Keogh's Roast Turkey and Secret Stuffing potato chips are great on their own, but could also be paired with a sweet or cranberry-flavored dip to further complete the taste experience of a Thanksgiving meal. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.9/10 - Popularity: 37% | Activity: 31% | Freshness: 50% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Food](https://www.trendhunter.com/food) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Savory Snack Innovation:** The creation of Thanksgiving-inspired chips highlights a growing trend of innovation in the savory snack sector, where traditional meal flavors are being reimagined into convenient snack formats. - **Regional Sourcing Accuracy:** Using 100% Irish potatoes emphasizes the trend of regional ingredient sourcing, allowing brands to create a unique product narrative based on authenticity and local origins. - **Flavored-pairing Possibilities:** The suggestion of pairing savory chips with sweet or fruity dips signals a trend toward enhanced flavor pairing, maximizing taste experiences by combining unexpected complementary tastes. ### Who This Affects Most - **Gourmet Snack Foods:** The gourmet snack industry leverages unique, high-quality ingredient combinations that transform traditional meal flavors into accessible, bite-sized snacks, capturing consumer interest with novelty. - **Food Tourism Products:** Products like Thanksgiving-inspired chips create opportunities in food tourism by offering consumers an authentic taste of specific cultural or regional cuisines in a portable format. - **Seasonal-themed Products:** The creation of products around seasonal flavors underscores the industry focus on limited-time offerings, tapping into consumer nostalgia and the appeal of exclusive seasonal indulgences. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Thanksgiving-Inspired Potato Chips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/turkey-stuffing-chips.md) - [Sunday Roast Snack Chips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tyrrells-roasted-chicken-sage.md) - [Hand-Cooked Roasted Chicken Chips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/burts-herb-roasted-chicken.md) - [Steakhouse-Inspired Potato Chips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kettle-krinkle.md) - [Seasonally Flavored Snack Products](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/seabrook-seasons-eatings.md) - [Chestnut-Flavored Christmas Crisps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/honey-roasted-chestnut-sage-crisps.md) - [Holiday Dinner Cookies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oreo-thanksgiving-dinner.md) - [Festively Flavored Snack Chips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/walkers-crisps-flavors.md) - [Festive Turkey Burgers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/turkey-stuffing-burgers.md)
