If I smoked (ew) and had it on my desk, it would forever frustrate me because I would undoubtedly reach for it constantly. Aside from that, however, the Kenyon Yeh 'Bug' brings an unfortunate amount of good design to a despicable habit. Yeah, I said it. Trendy with a covert design that makes it look like no smokers reside here, it's sure to be a hit. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.1/10 - Popularity: 24% | Activity: 30% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Health](https://www.trendhunter.com/health) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Insect-inspired Designs:** Create more products and designs taking inspiration from insects, like the Kenyon Yeh 'Bug' ashtray that resembles a computer mouse. - **Disguised Smoking Accessories:** Develop more smoking accessories that have a discreet or covert design, like the Kenyon Yeh 'Bug' ashtray that looks like a trendy desk accessory. - **Dual-function Products:** Combine the functions of two objects, like the Kenyon Yeh 'Bug' ashtray that serves as both an ashtray and a decorative computer mouse. ### Who This Affects Most - **Smoking Accessories:** Create unique smoking accessories with stylish or innovative designs that serve both form and function. - **Office Decor:** Incorporate design elements into office decor, ensuring even the smallest details are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. - **Gadgets and Technology:** Integrate unexpected features and design concepts into technology and gadgets, making them practical and desirable for daily use. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Retro-Modern Ashtray Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/houseplant-side-table-ashtray.md) - [High-End Ashtray Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ash-blackwood-ashtray.md) - [Retro Ashtray Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/retro-ashtray.md) - [Style-Conscious Anti-Insect Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mosqo-bug-zapper.md) - [Panel-Made Mouse Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beetle-acoustic-panels.md) - [Storage-Equipped Concrete Ashtrays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vessel-ash.md) - [Elevated Celeb-Backed Ashtray Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ashtray-set.md) - [Multi-Functional Computer Mouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multifunctional-computer-mouse.md) - [Sculptural Sleek Cannabis Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nesting-set.md)
